EARLY READER
(recommended for ages 6 and under)

EARLY READER letters are shorter and simpler with a larger font making it easier to read. Subscribers can switch to YOUNG READER anytime. Click a sample below to enlarge.

YOUNG READER
(recommended for ages 7 and up)

YOUNG READER letters are aimed at kids who can read at a second grade level+ with occasional bigger words to learn.

The font used in Zoo Ranger letters is called Sassoon Primary. This font is widely excepted as one the best fonts for kids and for readability among young readers. We use a 14 point size in EARLY READER letters and 12 point size in YOUNG READER letters.
