SLINKIE

Meet Slinkie, one of the Bunaboom Zoo snakes. She has a long slender body without any legs. She sheds her skin as she grows older in years. She hears with her jaws, because snakes don't have ears. She smells with her tongue. She can see heat. Each of these things help her find food to eat.

There are over 2,500 different snake species. They live in deserts, mountains, underground, and in trees. If you aren't afraid, and you have what it takes, in letters from Slinkie you can learn about snakes.

CHOMPER

Meet Chomper, the alligator of Bunaboom Zoo. He floats in the water, waiting for food. He sits still like a statue for over an hour, then strikes with a bite of incredible power. They are great in the water, swimming with ease, but did you know alligators can also climb trees?

Alligators are cold-blooded, so for this reason, they are found near water of a warm weather region. Chomper would like you to be one of his friends, and will tell you about gators in the letters he sends.

WHIPLASH

Meet Whiplash, the turtle of Bunaboom Zoo. He can race across the road in an hour or two. Turtles aren't scary, and turtles aren't furry. And, turtles don't hurdle or scurry, because turtles can't jump and they are not in a hurry. This type of turtle is also known as a tortoise. If there is danger he hides in his shell, like a fortress.

All over the world are turtles, each different from others. Their unique shells come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Whiplash will send letters if you want to know more - direct from the zoo, and right to your door.

CAMMO

Meet Cammo, the chameleon of Bunaboom Zoo. He flicks out his tongue to catch his food. Chameleons change colors to blend in or stand out, so Cammo can hide when out and about. He does this just to be sneaky and sly, but sometimes he does this because he is shy.

In Africa and various places around are where Chameleons like Cammo are usually found. They can be as small as a thumbnail or as a large as a cat. In letters from Cammo you can learn more about that.
