Enter the email address you signed up with. A link to the customer portal will be sent.
Through our online portal (enter the email you signed up with), managing your subscriptions is easy! You can change the billing cycle, update your credit card or mailing address, and even change zoo sections if your child would like to receive letters from other animals instead. And, you can cancel your subscription any time (certain terms and conditions may apply). If you have more than one subscription you can manage them all in the same place as long as you used the same email address when signing up.
